Meditation has received a lot of press in the recent years, and more currently with the affects of Covid-19. Many people took up meditation as a way of introducing and embracing the stillness that came from staying at home.

Others from the Chaos of having to cope with the stress from staying at home, working from home, home schooling etc etc.

Either way, finding inner peace and wisdom has helped many create healthy coping mechanisms and now can see for the benefits of it going inward.

I have lots of meditations available FREE online which I offered throughout Lockdown and a free what’s app group (which you can still join) however my personalised meditations are the ones that will create massive shifts in your  perspective.


If you book a meditation session, you will receive an hours coaching where I will be able to explore your subconscious mind, discover any triggers, negative patterns or behaviours and find clarity the limiting beliefs are actually halting your growth.

Once discovered, your meditation will be recorded and you can use it daily over a period of 12 weeks. Researchers from University College London found that it takes 66 days to create a habit change. Let me help you achieve this.
